I have been lusting after this book for quite some time and finally had enough change saved and a 40% off Michaels coupon. My husband requested an afghan of his very own with colors that are very dear to him (purple and blue) and Michael's is still having a nice yarn sale so I went over there earlier this afternoon to pick up the yarn, a new hook and this book. I was able to get the yarn and the hook but sadly I couldn't use the 40% off coupon on the book as Michaels no longer lets you use them for books. $17.95 was just a bit out of my price range for a 'want' not 'need' item so I put it back. I decided to check online and see if I couldn't find it for a bit less and I did at Amazon, only $14... Woot... but the shipping is $3.95 so I'm back to square one... lol I did see that they offer this book as a used book, but I have never ordered a used book before so I'm not sure what condition it would be in? I have bought a few used books, and generally all you have to do it read the condition the owner says it is in. I haven't once had a problem except for one time that the person got busy and forgot to send the book. I was able to get a refund though :)
